- we want you to be in love with your new Tela Tequila items! if you get home and realize you are not, we are here to help!
- all returned items must be postmarked within 1 week of the date delivered and return charges are up to the customer.
- online store credit will be given to you once the item is received.
- any shoes being returned need to be shipped back in the original shoe box + placed in another box to avoid damage.
- once we receive your return, you will receive your online credit code via email.
- merchandise must be unworn (free of any perfume, cigarette, or other odors), unwashed, unaltered, and free of any damages. Items must be returned with all original tags still attached.
- please note that all sale items, accessories, gift cards and jewelry are final sale.
- if you are local to Denver Metro area, you are welcome to return any items to our boutique within 10 days following the guidelines above.
