Return Policy

  • we want you to be in love with your new Tela Tequila items! if you get home and realize you are not, we are here to help!
  • all returned items must be postmarked within 1 week of the date delivered and return charges are up to the customer. ** 5% restocking fee will be applied to all online returns**
  • refund, exchange or online store credit will be processed to you once the item is received.
  • any shoes being returned need to be shipped back in the original shoe box + placed in another box to avoid damage. 
  • once we receive your return and your return has been processed accordingly you will receive be notified via email.
  • merchandise must be unworn (free of any perfume, cigarette, or other odors), unwashed, unaltered, and free of any damages. Items must be returned with all original tags still attached. 
  • please note that all sale items, swim, accessories, gift cards and jewelry are final sale.
  • if you are local to Denver Metro area, you are welcome to return any items to our boutique within 10 days following the guidelines above.
